The Korea Veterans Health Service serves as a “Happy Servant,” operating a structured and organized system that implements social contribution activities at each accounting unit as part of a company-wide framework to practice its sharing-oriented management, and actively promotes related initiatives.

Roles of the Volunteer Corps

| Social Contribution Steering Committee | Review and approve key matters related to social contribution activities |
| Happy Servants Volunteer Group | Composed of employees from each organization with diverse talents; conduct volunteer activities such as medical service, skill donation, and community support |
| ESG Management Department | Oversee social contribution activities and establish and implement comprehensive operational plans; promote social contribution activities internally and externally |
| General Affairs Department by Accounting Unit | Develop and implement detailed action plans for each area of social contribution activities |
