As a specialized healthcare and welfare service organization serving persons of distinguished service to the state and the public, we take the lead in promoting the health and well-being of veterans’ families and dedicate ourselves to safeguarding human rights throughout all management activities.
To this end, we declare “Human Rights Management that Guarantees Human Dignity and Value,” based on domestic and international human rights standards and norms, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, as a code of conduct and a value judgment framework for all employees, and pledge to put it into practice.

  • Weprovide the best possible services to ensure the right to health and a dignified later life for veterans’ families.
  • Wedo not discriminate in employment based on disability, gender, religion, nationality, region, social status, educational background, age, or occupation, and we provide a work environment of mutual respect and consideration.
  • Weguarantee employees’ freedom of union activities and foster a culture of trust between labor and management.

  • Wedo not tolerate any form of forced labor or child labor.
  • Wefulfill our human rights responsibilities in the supply chain by treating partners fairly and supporting and cooperating with them in practicing human rights management.
  • Werespect the human rights of all stakeholders, including veterans’ families, our supply chain, and local communities, and transparently disclose and communicate our human rights management activities to these stakeholders.
  • Wecomply with domestic and international environmental laws and strive to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
  • Wetake the lead in public healthcare to ensure the health rights of residents.
  • Weproactively prevent human rights violations, provide remedies where necessary, and lead in human rights management through continuous improvement activities.
